We both grew up watching our parents build something from nothing.
We saw them build companies that paid mortgages, put kids through college, and created jobs for people in the community. We also saw the stress, the sacrifice, and eventually—the hard conversations about what happens next.
Succession is complicated.

My background is made up of a combination of GTM strategy and systems management. I specialize in AI automation and implementation these days but generally excel in all things tech enablement. I've dabbled in entrepreneurship within the DTC consumer packaged goods space so performance marketing, brand development, and product design also fall under my wheelhouse.

I spent six-plus years managing daily operations at our families aerospace manufacturer. I learned how to lead teams, hit production targets, and solve problems before they become fires.
Today I own and operate JCSP Special Products, distributing sheet metal and aerospace materials. I know what it takes to run a business—not in theory, but in practice.
